EarthShare New Jersey
Board of Directors
The EarthShare New Jersey Board of Directors consists of a
representative from each of the members the organizations.
There are currently 24 members.
Affiliate members each have one vote. Associate members
also have a seat on the board, however they do not have a
vote. There is currently one at large member to the board,
appointed by the full board. There is no expiration of this
appointment.
The officers of the board are elected to a 2 year term of
office. In the event an officer leaves the organization
they represent before their term has expired, the open
officer’s seat will be appointed by the board
president until the next annual meeting. (Held annually in
June of each year.)
Officers can hold the same office for no more than 2
consecutive years unless mandated by the board as the
Treasurer position allows. (Due to the need for technical
proficiency.)
